I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and believe that it can benefit everyone, from super-fit cyclists and runners to couch potatoes that think that they will never be able to touch their toes.
My classes are based around an exploratory style that merges my original love of Ashtanga with a more Hatha based somatic approach. More than just fitness and strength my classes focus on mind, body, breath, and are suitable for all.

Essential oils have been used in healing since ancient times and have unique complex properties that help the body to holistically heal itself.
Aromatherapy massage is a wonderful way to enjoy the benefits of essential oils. It can be relaxing and calming or restoring and uplifting. Treatments can be carried out at my home studio in Sedbergh.
